Sean Lade
Our Managing Director, the one who started this all, is customer-obsessed and a bit of a perfectionist. Sean started his eCommerce journey back in 2010. Since then, he has been on a mission to help customers all over. He’s regularly heard saying, “There’s only one way to find out!”, “How does this help our customers?” and “Can I have a coffee, please?”. You’ll find him gardening, kayaking or walking his dogs in his spare time.
Lowa Malmström
The Swedish Viking Warehouse Manager. The one that gets stuff done! Lowa looks after the warehouse operation, ensuring we always have good stock availability and we get customer orders delivered as quickly as possible. Lowa will be stepping out of this role in January 24 to become our Purchasing Manager and Warehouse Administrator. In her spare time, you can find her either in the garden, gaming (currently Red Dead Redemption 2 and Skyrim), crafting, or kayaking.
Ben Rees
Technical Sales and Support Manager: a bit of a geek, loves to fish. Ben looks after the customer advisor team, ensuring our customers get the help they need. Ben is a fountain of knowledge, a brilliant problem solver and a super smooth talker on the phone. Ben's most cherished moments are spent with his young daughter, a reminder that life's joy is in the little things. To relax, Ben likes to head to the river for a bit of fishing or spending time playing his favourite computer games.
Grace Lockwood
Customer Advisor and Community Manager; Grace is an absolute star and a favourite with customers. She assists customers in placing orders and helps get the conversation going on our community pages. In her spare time, you’ll find Grace in the woods or down the beach taking her dog for a leisurely stroll, listening to true crime podcasts, or in the coffee shop catching up with friends. Grace is also a bit of a foodie and loves to sample lots of different types of food, with a keen interest in street food.
Rufus
Meet Rufus, the charming "Branch Manager". Rufus is the beloved furry companion of our Managing Director and accompanies him to work every day. With his striking good looks and friendly demeanour, Rufus is a hit with all our customers who visit the office. While he may have a playful personality, Rufus takes his role as a Branch Manager seriously and keeps the office morale high. We are lucky to have him as part of our team!
